Dive into the essence of Yoga in the last of our three Yoga workshops this spring.Come and join this day long workshop to develop the Yoga skills of bringing the mind, body and heart into harmony.We will be learning the priceless art of mediation, both moving mediation and stillness practice.Workshop is from 9:30 am to 5 pm with a good break for lunch.Attendance of the previous workshops is not required to join.
